About Us
OneEnergy Partners was formed to pursue middle market acquisition and development opportunities in the North American energy space by combining best-in-class investing and operating expertise. OneEnergy Partners, LLC, formed in late 2015, assembled, developed and divested of a ~12,000 net acre leasehold position and a ~5,000 net royalty acre mineral/override position in the Northern Delaware Basin. OneEnergy Partners II Holdings, LLC, formed in early 2019, is currently focused on identifying, accumulating and developing conventional and unconventional oil and gas assets across several major North American oil and natural gas plays.

OE Squared Operating
OE Squared Operating owns operated and non-operated working interests across the continental United States. The platform owns interests in over 300 onshore oil and natural gas wells across North America with a focus on the Northern Delaware Basin of Southeastern New Mexico.

This is the minerals and royalties platform of OneEnergy Partners. Since inception, we have closed over 300 transactions across over 170 counties in over 16 states. Our team of over 80 mineral acquisition professionals stands ready to provide every mineral owner in America with a fast, transparent and accountable path to liquidity on their mineral and royalty ownership.
OneAtmosphere
OneAtmosphere is OneEnergy’s vehicle for the pursuit of opportunities that promote decarbonization and the long-term energy transition. The principals of the platform have deep expertise investing and operating across the energy transition landscape including recycling, wind, power and upstream oil and gas.

LEO SLOOTSKY
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Leo Slootsky serves as Chief Executive Officer of OneEnergy Partners. Prior to co-founding OneEnergy, Mr. Slootsky was a Principal at Sixth Street Partners (formerly TPG Special Situations Partners) where he led the oil and gas investing efforts for the platform. Prior to joining TPG, Mr. Slootsky was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs where he co-managed the energy and power private investment portfolio for the GSIP family of funds. Mr. Slootsky holds a BS and an MEng in Industrial Engineering from Cornell University where he was a Philip Merrill Presidential Scholar. He earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he was a George E. Doty Fellow.
AAMIR AMIN
Executive Vice President, Business Development and Strategy
Mr. Aamir Amin serves as EVP of Business Development and Strategy for OneEnergy Partners. Prior to OneEnergy, Mr. Amin was SVP of Business Development and Strategy at Sable Bay Energy, an Encap backed portfolio company. Prior to joining Sable Bay, Mr. Amin spent nearly 12 years at Marathon Oil, primarily in commercial and business development roles for both international and domestic operations. Mr. Amin has been part of over $10bn in A&D transactions, including Marathon’s exit from Angola and Norway and its re-entry into the Permian Basin. Mr. Amin holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from the University of Houston.
AHMAD SALMAN
Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Ahmad Salman serves as Chief Operating Officer of OneEnergy Partners. Prior to joining OneEnergy, Mr. Salman was a Senior Vice President of Engineering at Sable Bay Energy. Before working with Sable Bay Energy, he was a Strategic Planner at Alta Resources where he was responsible for the growth and operational execution in the Northeast Marcellus. Mr. Salman started his career at Marathon Oil where his roles included Engineering Lead for the Eagle Ford Asset Team and Reservoir Engineer for the Bakken Asset Team. Mr. Salman holds a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Rice University and a Masters of Liberal Arts in Finance from Harvard University.
ANNA WISE
Operations Manager
Ms. Anna Wise serves as Operations Manager of OneEnergy Partners, where she leads the team responsible for ownership of and accounting for its asset portfolio. With an extensive background in real estate acquisitions and leadership, Ms. Wise brings a wealth of transactional, legal and management experience to the OneEnergy platform. A Houston native, Ms. Wise holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas.
